Our mission is to be a community whose purpose is to know and love God and one another and in that love work together in reaching out to the world around us.
The vision of Father's House is to be a church in the heart of the city...
· That gives out the unconditional love of God to all.
· That brings the message of God's salvation to the postmodern generations and provides for them a welcoming and accepting community.
· That reaches out to help with people's spiritual and physical needs.
· That transforms our surrounding community and city by serving in places of need, especially in the central urban areas.
We seek to live out our mission and function as a community through a set of guiding core values. These values are;

· To let our faith be seen in all that we do.
Our faith is based on the writings of the Bible, which we believe is uniquely God-inspired, without error and the final authority on all matters to which it makes reference.
This Bible teaches us about the Eternal God who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible, known as the Trinity (Matthew 28:19; II Corinthians 13:14)
God created humans to know him and be in relationship with Him, but they willfully defied God by going their own way and seeking to be their own god. As a result, we are apart from him due to the nature of our sinful hearts and we need His grace to end our alienation from Him.
Our Heavenly Father established a salvation that comes only through His grace (unmerited favor), and not by human effort, and must be received personally by repenting of our sin and putting our faith in His forgiveness.
Jesus Christ, second Person of the Trinity, who was God and became man, lived a sinless life on earth and voluntarily paid for our sin by dying on the cross for us. This brings salvation for all who repent and receive grace by trusting in Jesus Christ. He came back from the dead and is the only mediator between us and God. He will return to Earth to conclude history.
After Jesus' accession into heaven God sent us the Holy Spirit who draws sinners to have faith in Jesus. He also equips and empowers believers for personal growth, maturity & service as well as to share the power of the Good News of the Gospel and what Christ has done for them using the believer’s own gifting, abilities and personality.
The church is the gathering of the followers of Christ that come together in local communities for the purpose of knowing and honoring God and serving those in need. At the conclusion of history, everyone will experience bodily resurrection and the judgment of all men. Those who have believed in the forgiveness provided through Christ's sacrifice will enjoy eternal relationship in the presence of God.
