MINISTRY STAFF BIOS

Steve and Deborah fell in love while they where writing music together for an outreach ministry to young people. Ever since, God has used them as a team to serve the young, the hurting, the broken and forgotten. They ministered as youth pastors for 10 years prior to pioneering Father’s House City Ministries, where they now serve as senior pastors. They have two teenage children with whom they love taking vacations, riding roller coasters and hanging out in pools or at the beach.

Ty and Daneen have been married for 14 years. Daneen was raised in various places, from Canada to New Mexico while Ty was born and raised in Portland. They have two kids, Trenton and Kylie, who brighten up their days with smiles and kisses. Ty and Daneen’s tastes of music and movies differ greatly, but they do agree on most everything else, including their love for their kids, their church, their friends and their desire to see God move in the great city of Portland.

Ed’s passion for young people started when he was freshly saved at age 19. Ed and Noel met while attending Pastor Steve and Deborah’s young adults group. Since joining the vision of Father’s House, they have served as the Children’s Pastors. Our goal is to show a generation that serving God is fun. In their free time, Ed and Noel enjoy camping, hiking, and biking as well as spending time with their two children and their Golden Retriever.

Tom and Dana met each other, found Jesus, and were married, all in 4 1/2 months! During their 35+ years together, they have raised 5 children, served as missionaries in Central and South America, run a successful business, and have mentored others in living whole-heartedly for God. They continue to be attentive students in God's school, in the present context of downtown Portland at Father's House.
